Must be a City of Norwalk Water customer with a household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. Funding availability varies

Identification for all household members, proof of the last 30 days of income or previous year’s income, termination notice or past-due balance on City of Norwalk Water services

Provides financial assistance to households with a termination notice or past-due balance on their water utilities. Eligible applicants can receive up to $200 per year through this program (two times, up to $100 each ask. If you are not a Norwalk resident and have a termination notice on your water,  call to see if any other assistance is available.
