Focus areas include relationships, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, physical/sexual/emotional abuse, trauma and addiction. Licensed therapists work with children and adults of all ages and backgrounds, serving people of all faiths.
Evidence-based approaches include psychotherapy, trauma therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), PCIT (Parent Child Interactional Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).
