The Wellington Place provides a 24-hour skilled nursing facility that offers: physical therapy services provided by full-time restorative nurse, evaluations and consultations provided by contracted registered physical therapist; pharmacy services available; transportation to medical appointments: ambulatory, non-ambulatory, staff accompaniment (no charge); audiologist services by contract with consultant; and special diets supervised by registered dietitian.
