Eligibility
Open to those with a designated mental illness which results in a functional deficit in achieving/maintaining a desired living, working, or social environment;
- Must be age 18 or older;
- Client's medical treatment and symptoms of the mental diagnosis must be verified with medical records;
- Must display a willingness to participate in the program
