HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM (SECTION 8 PROGRAM) | SOUTHEAST IOWA REGIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY
Provides public housing assistance for the elderly, disabled and low-income families through the Housing Choice Voucher program. Applications are limited and available ONLY when the waiting list is open. All eligible applicants who are accepted into the program are placed on a waiting list according to residency preference criteria.

Must meet income guidelines, must be a resident in one of the cities covered by SEIRHA, must be able to pay 30%-40% of monthly income toward rent
