Provides the following services for children and youth, crisis intervention, short-term stabilization where a child is at risk of self-harm, or harming others, individual and family psychotherapy/counseling, mental health assessment, case management and resource linkage assistance and psychiatric services.

Eligibility
Open to youth up to age 21 who are currently enrolled in a medical program through the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, including those enrolled in Medicaid Managed Care Organizations, Children/adolescents under the guardianship of DCFS while already hospitalized for psychiatric reasons, children/adolescents enrolled in a medical program from the Department of Public Aid, children/adolescents under 18 being considered for public-funded psychiatric hospitalization (Uninsured/Underinsured)
