Provides community-integrated living arrangements (CILA) for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Provides individual service plans (ISP) overseen by a case manager. Offers Intermittent and 24-hour care programs providing support with medication, community outings, medical appointments, daily living skills, and economics.
