Services include free in home visits from a Greenbelt Home Care Maternal Health Nurse, nurse assessment of the health of the mother and baby, information on programs that provide financial assistance, lead screenings, and immunizations. Can also offer resources and referrals in the Hardin County area, and around the state of Iowa.
