Eligibility
Open to families with 30 and 80 percent of area median income, depending on their family size, have a need for affordable housing (inadequate space for family size, unsafe conditions, etc.), must be willing to partner with Habitat through the completion of sweat equity hours and purchasing their home, other qualifications apply

Brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope. Qualified families apply for partnership with Habitat based on three criteria: need for housing, ability to pay, and willingness to partner. Through the program, participants receive financial and homeowner education, one-on-one guidance through the process, and complete program requirements. After completing program requirements, families purchase their home with an affordable mortgage. **Does not offer emergency housing, financial assistance with rent, mortgage or rental housing options.
