For Therapeutic Recreation, residents of Rockford, Freeport, and Belvidere receive resident rate, and individuals residing outside of these areas receive a non-resident rate; Inclusion Services have no fees; For Financial Assistance, eligible participants may qualify to receive 50% off program fees

Delivers services promoting and/or providing access, inclusion, specialty recreation, leisure education, and skill development. Offers:

Also offers Inclusion Services: Individuals with disabilities are welcome to participate in the same recreation programs and activities as their peers. Reasonable accommodations are provided to enable an individual's successful participation in a program.
