Description

Provides Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers to low-income individuals needing help to live in safe, decent, affordable housing.

Once a family has been on a rental assistance program, they can apply for the Section 8 Homeownership Program. This program allows families to use their vouchers to help make a mortgage payment instead of a rental payment.

Offers a Family Self-Sufficiency Program for families to increase their earned income and learn about financial literacy. This program is beneficial for families seeking financial independence, as well as to prepare for home ownership.
