All applicants must complete online Helpline application on the website; Rental assistance funding prioritizes households with eviction notice; Utilities assistance funding prioritizes households with utility shut-off/disconnection notice; Financial assistance and thrift store vouchers are subject to availability and may vary by geographic location; Financial assistance is only available to clients once per lifetime
