Open to those who meet income guidelines (household income below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level) or receive one of the following benefits: Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP formally known as Food Stamps), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA) or Veterans Pension or Survivors Benefit Program
