Open to those who meet income guidelines (185% poverty level), are pregnant or post-partum (up to 1 year if breastfeeding), and/or have children up to age 5; Must be considered a nutritional risk; Automatically income-eligible if participating in Medicaid, SNAP or ADC (those who aren't enrolled in those programs may still qualify); All foster children under 5 and pregnant teen moms in foster care are income eligible for WIC
