Description
Provides a hot meal delivery to individuals who are homebound and unable to meet nutrition needs on their own, short-term or long-term, throughout all of Story County. Delivery is by trained volunteers. In addition to the meal, the delivery offers an opportunity for a friendly visit and a safety check.
Meals are prepared by the Dietary Department at Mary Greeley Medical Center and delivered by trained Heartland volunteers.
