Eligibility
To qualify, the student must: - Attend either Freeport High School or Aquin Catholic High School - Earned a 3.50 or above cumulative grade point average over the past seven semesters - Complete the application including essay - Highland Community College students who have earned a 3.50 or above cumulative grade point average over the past two semesters or a 3.50 or above cumulative grade point average during high school are also eligible
