Holiday gifts to low-income families in Sarpy County with children ages 0-16. Must be a Sarpy County resident to be eligible for this program.

First Baptist Church of Bellevue's Gymnasium (Do not call church for information)

Documentation required:

-- Photo ID for head of household (person applying)

-- Proof of address in Sarpy County - current utility bill preferred, or letter from Nebraska DHHS

-- Proof of ages of children: children's birth certificates, or current Medicaid card, or school enrollment forms

-- Proof of household income: pay stubs for last 30 days; or Social Security 2024 Benefits Letter; or unemployment letter, or NE-DHHS Economic Assistance/Medicaid eligibility letter.
