Services include Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) workshops, SMART Goals classes, and follow-up support. WRAP helps individuals create a daily wellness plan, identify challenges that may affect goals, and develop strategies to stay on track. SMART Goals classes help individuals create specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound goals.
