Child Adolescent Health Program helps children and families access preventive healthcare by offering the following services:

- Provides education to all newly eligible Medicaid clients about how their healthcare coverage will provide for preventive and ill healthcare.

- Helps families find a doctor or dentist for their medical and dental care.

- Helps families with housing, food, energy assistance, parenting programs, and referrals to community resources and services.

- Reminders when a child needs routine medical and dental check-ups.

- Provides health education and support on a variety of topics.

- Contacts families to provide care coordination.

- Transportation information to Medicaid approved appointments.

- Helps families with Medicaid Presumptive of Eligibility applications.

- Helps families with Hawk-I insurance applications.

I-Smile services include:

- Dental screenings and fluoride varnish applications.

- Dental sealant applications.

- Silver Diamine Fluoride treatment for early decay.

- Oral hygiene and dental nutritional counseling.

- Completing school dental screening certificates.

- Care coordination for families, such as finding a dentist, understanding or acquiring dental insurance (and/or other payment options), scheduling dental appointments, and answering general oral health questions.
