Description

Provides education and services that promote sustainable practices for natural areas, agricultural lands, home landscapes, and community spaces.

Offers programs to increase public awareness of safety measures to prevent illnesses, injuries, and deaths among farmers, ranchers, agricultural and horticultural workers, their families, and employees. Topics include safe operation and maintenance of farm equipment, accident prevention in agricultural settings, use of personal protective equipment, and safe handling of chemicals and livestock.

The Master Gardener Program shares unbiased, reliable, research-based information with home landscapers and gardeners.
