Community-based Wellness Programs provide solutions to improve the quality of life for people living with chronic health issues.

LiveStrong at the Y helps cancer survivors increase strength and endurance, better their mental health, and build support with others that have also walked the difficult journey.

In Brain and Body, those with Parkinson's or other neurological conditions engage in physical and mental exercises that improve balance, memory, and more.

Y Weight Loss is designed for individuals looking to lose weight through education, personalized goal setting, and small, sustainable changes.

The Mills County YMCA only offers Y Weight Loss and the YMCA Healthy Living Center only offers Brain and Body.
