Eligibility

Open to ages 0-18 who are in need of vaccinations, Vaccines are free for children ages 0-18 who are uninsured, underinsured, enrolled in Medicaid or Alaskan Native or American Indian Native Vaccines for Adults: vaccines are free for adults 19 years and older who are uninsured or underinsured.
