Description

Behavioral and mental health counseling (psychotherapy) for adults and couples. Psychotherapy services are usually but not always covered by medical insurance plans and employee assistance programs. Services can be short term solution focused problem solving, or cognitive behavioral restructuring for emotional or other more trauma-based symptoms. Services provided in person or by telehealth.
