Offers a back-to-school health fair the first Saturday in August, from 9 am-12 pm. Services will be provided free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis, no appointment needed.
Students of the West Des Moines school district will receive school and sports physicals, vision screenings, immunizations and assistance with pre-registration for West Des Moines schools.
Free services and activities also include haircuts, clothing, info on winter safety, info on English classes, police and fire department available, snacks and bottled water, activites and children's books available.
