Photo ID (for each taxpayer), copy of last year's tax return, Social Security cards for every individual on tax return (and/or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number notices/cards), income statements and other official documentation for household members that apply to the current tax year, checking or savings account information if desiring direct-deposit any refund(s) or direct debit any amount due
