Description

Provides 1 to 24 hours of skills training per day based on the consumer's needs. The service is designed to assist individuals with disabilities in becoming more independent with daily living needs in a community setting. Services may include but are not limited to personal needs, home skills, community skills, transportation, and treatment services.
