Description
Provides nutrition education and support to individuals who have diabetes. The support group offers a discussion time and education relating to nutrition and diabetes self-management. The group meets on the third Thursday each month at 10 am in the Large Conference Room, located on the lower level of Veterans Memorial Hospital.
