Eligibility
Must be a Johnson County resident, if the child qualifies for Head Start or Child Care Assistance funding the family must go there first, for the Infant/Toddler Scholarship family income must be less than 250% of the federal poverty level (all parents/caregivers working 25+ hours per week for Infant/Toddler Scholarship (employer verification form required), for the School Ready Scholarship family income less than 200% of the federal poverty level

Description
Provides scholarships to children who reside in Johnson County, Iowa and who will be 0-5 by September 15, 2024 but will not be entering kindergarten in the 2024-2025 school year. The maximum scholarship amount is 80% of private pay tuition rates for infants/toddlers OR $500 per month and $6,000 per year for preschoolers.
