Must have a household income at or below 175% of the Federal Poverty Level, households do not have to be Knoxville residents to be eligible

Provides a recreation pass that provides a discount to families for activities at the Knoxville Recreation Center. Families who qualify receive 50% off of monthly passes to use the fitness rooms, pool and much more.
