Provides comprehensive insurance counseling for Medicare or Medicaid eligible beneficiaries and their caregivers who may be new to or have questions about Medicare and Medicaid. Can also provide information and guidance to those who need assistance with claims and appeals, choosing appropriate health insurance coverage, subsidies or Medicaid to help afford Medicare premiums and copay costs.
CCSI CASE COORDINATION
Provides individualized support to caregivers when looking for services and resources for the seniors in their care.
