The facility maintains a library of independent living resources (books, magazines, audio and video tapes, brochures, etc.). The staff will research and identify accurate information available about issues that influence independent lifestyles.
SOYLAND ACCESS TO INDEPENDENT LIVING
Offers to promote independent living for all people with disabilities. Assisting people with disabilities in gaining effective control of their lives by fully participating in all aspects of society and addressing barriers associated to their specific circumstances.
