HEALTHY AGING PROGRAM | ELDERBRIDGE AGENCY ON AGING
Provides healthy well-balanced congregate and home-delivered meals to diners who meet the participation guidelines. Congregate Meals are served in a community setting. Home Delivered Meals are served to individuals at home if unable to visit the congregate meal site. A registered/licensed dietitian is on staff to answer nutrition-related questions in a one-on-one or group setting.

Eligibility
Open to individuals ages 60 and older or a spouse of a diner that is age 60 and older and or dependent adult child living with a diner ages 60 and older, diners with disabilities who live in an apartment where there is a senior nutrition program meal site.
