Eligibility

Open to veterans with 180 days or more of active duty; If less than 180 days:
  • Must have a service discharge due to a service connected disability, or
  • Be a member of a reserve component of the US Armed Forces called to active duty for 30 days, or
  • Be a member who served on active duty in support of a contingency operation on or after September 11, 2001
