The facility offers: Consulting licensed physical therapist; direct services provided by one physical therapy aide and one RN; Consulting speech pathologist; direct services provided by speech pathologist; Full-time recreation/activities program; Patient's own medication supply; Transportation to medical appointments (charge); Special diets supervised by registered dietitian; and Respite care provided for adults with disabilities.
