Residents may recycle newspaper, cardboard, boxboard, mail, glass, aluminum, plastic, and magazines. Oversees two rural drop off sites:
- Scott County Park - Half mile east of the main park entrance on 270th Street.
- West Lake Park - Gate 2 on 110th Avenue.
