Offers supported community living and respite services for persons with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or physical disabilities to assist them in living, learning, working, and socializing as independently as possible in their communities. Social opportunities, medical and social transportation, and in-home care (daily living skills) are provided.

Respite care both in and out of the home for adults and children is available with prior authorization.
