TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY PROGRAM (TBI) | RAMP DISABILITY RESOURCES AND SERVICES
A program designed to provide community-based services that will meet the needs of individuals with brain injuries and help prevent unnecessary institutionalization.

Eligibility
Open to those who have a documented, severe TBI, must be an Illinois resident and reside in RAMP's four county service area, must be at risk for nursing home placement, must apply for or receive Medicaid benefits, must have no more than $17,500 in assets ($35,000 for family)
