Eligibility
Call or visit website for information; Open to low-income homeowners (80% AMI and below) who meet eligibility guidelines, including but not limited to:
- Unit must be an owner-occupied unit in a single-family or multifamily building, and must be the owner’s primary residence;
- Must be current on all mortgage payments and taxes;
- Heating system and/or cooling system must be 10 years or older, Out of Warranty, operating at less than 92% efficiency for heating and/or less than 14 Seer or 13.4 Seer2 for cooling

Must complete application and provide additional items, including but not limited to:
- Proof of Owner Occupancy (copy of a utility bill and copy of Driver’s License)
- Proof of Ownership (copy of Warranty Deed or Quit Claim Deed)
- Copy of Current Mortgage Statement (if applicable)
- Income Documentation (paycheck stub within last 60 days if applicable, previous year’s full tax return, documentation of any other form of income)
- Documentation from HVAC Technician (stating if under warranty or not, age of each unit, efficiency and seer of heating and cooling units
- Post Purchase Homeowner Education Certificate (must be completed prior to rehabilitation but can be completed after income eligibility is determined)
- Affidavit of Special Needs (if applicable)
