Description

Connects individuals and families to support systems in the community. Central Navigation can help find flexible and supportive funding to help in emergencies, connect with partner agencies to help with a specific need, and connect with community training or mentoring programs that are designed to help each family thrive.

Helps meet immediate needs such as rental and utility assistance, gas vouchers and work-related expenses. Helps anyone develop their own solutions through coaching for budgeting, parenting, employment, and application and enrollment assistance.
