Offers to create educational opportunities in which children, youth and families are productive, caring, informed, healthy, lifelong learners helping to sustain economic security through education. Provides a Family literacy program, and GED/HSED to residents in Decatur County, Iowa. Offers parent education home visiting services to expectant teens and teen parents.
