Provides pregnant and parenting individuals with one on one nursing assessments, and assistance to connect and engage with desired services. The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing assessment and any immediate nursing intervention necessary to pregnant and postpartum individuals and their infants. These services are provided throughout pregnancy and the first 6 months after birth to Illinois residents who meet the eligibility criteria.
