Crown West homeownership program. Part of rent is invested for renter to use if they leave the program to buy a home.
Elmwood Village. Vouchers are accepted.
Barrier-free homes, Courthouse Villa, Valacia North Villa, and Monument View Villa; one and two bedroom homes for persons with disabilities.
Rebecca Winters, Colson Manor, Morrill Manor and Bluff View offer one, two, three, and four bedroom housing units that serve up to 80% area median income.
USDA Rural Development apartments at Valacia (Gering) - one bedroom income-eligible elderly and disabled individuals with rental assistance. Vouchers accepted.
Gering Valley Estates, 55+ senior affordable housing offers one and two bedroom accessible and handicap accessible units. Includes refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, full size washer and dryer. Section 8 Vouchers welcome.
Monument View Villa, one and two bedroom apartments for persons with special needs. Has a community room, laundry, storm shelter, computer lap, and storage sheds. Section 8 vouchers welcome.
