Proof of residence is required to receive the in-district tuition rate, proof of residence can include a valid photo ID with an in-district address, voter's registration card, notarized and dated lease agreement, and/or utility bill, document should include the applicant's name, address, and be dated 30 days prior to the start of term

Description

Provides a comprehensive two-year community college open to all individuals. Students can pursue Career and Technical Education designed to be completed in two years or less, or study with the intention of transferring to another college. RVC offers 4 degrees, (Associate of Arts, Associate in Science, Associate in Engineering Science, and Associate in Applied Science), and over two dozen certificates.

Additionally, the college provides Adult Basic Education programs that focus on fundamental learning skills such as basic reading, language, and mathematics to strengthen functional skills in communication, computation, and personal-social interaction. These programs aim to support adults who have interrupted formal schooling or need to raise their level of education to increase self-confidence and prepare for an occupation.
