Description

Provides personalized support from a dedicated Career Coach for individuals who use the DMARC-ket Pantry or Urbandale Food Pantry. The program is designed to help with employment, self-care, wellness, and access to essential resources, at no cost. Gift card incentives are offered to participants.

Services include one-on-one coaching to help with employment and stability, resume development, job search, and interview practice, stress management and wellness tools, and connections to resources for health, housing, childcare, and other basic needs.
