Open to adoptive parents ages 21 and older, must be single or a legally recognized couple for at least one year, must be capable of passing a child abuse/neglect and criminal background check, must be able to provide the names of unrelated individuals to attest to the applicant's character, must provide sufficient resources to provide basic necessities for themselves and the children to be adopted, must have health and life insurance

Photo ID, proof of income, proof of residency, marriage certificate, divorce decree, pet records, vehicle insurance
