Offers The Housing Choice Voucher Homeownership Option to assist low-income families that are eligible for HUD housing and Section 8 housing to become homeowners. Under this program families may choose a house for purchase anywhere in the CIRHA service area, instead of using their voucher for rental assistance.
This program does not include Knoxville and Pella.
