Open to patients ages 4 and older who have experienced a physical disability resulting at birth or after a severe illness/trauma; Must be medically stable, able to tolerate three hours of therapy a day, and demonstrate rehabilitation potential and a willingness to participate

Rehabilitation services including medical care by a physiatrist (physical medicine and rehabilitation physician), rehabilitation nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech language pathology, audiology, clinical psychology, neuropsychology, therapeutic recreation, neuro feedback and medical social services.
Treatment may include emphasis on one or more of the following: medical management, mobility training, activities of daily living, communication skills, cognitive deficits, psychological adjustments, patient/family education, and reintegration into the community.
