Home Health Care offers a skilled nursing care and home health care service. Services include: personal care; essential shopping; housekeeping; meal preparation; respite care; companionship and emotional support; personal care; transportation; medication administration and teaching; Intravenous and TPN therapy; wound care; enteral feeding; prenatal and postpartum care; phototherapy; and Telemonitoring of vital signs, weight and blood sugar readings; physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies; lab testing; registered dietitian; and pharmacy consultations. Social workers available to provide assistance in identifying community resources and case management.
