A form of ID for every child and photo ID for parent or legal guardian is required IDs accepted: birth certificates, passports, Medicaid or insurance cards, school ID cards, state issued ID

Application process

Complete online registration; Upload IDs for everyone, including the parent or legal guardian that is registering the children; Once the registration is complete and the application is processed, the parent will receive a confirmation number via email; Parents/legal guardians may also visit during regular pantry hours to register (only available online)

Provides toys for children ages 0-17.  Parent or legal guardian must be present to register children to receive gifts.  If applicant is a foster parent, placement papers or court orders are required.
