Description

Provides supportive services for people with disabilities who are living in their own apartments/homes. Support services available include, but are not limited to, medication management, transportation, meal planning, and budgeting. Trainings for the use of community resources, home and community safety, and social skills are also available. The agency can provide assistance for up to 24 hours/day.
